The Palace Hostel Cancellation Policy

 

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a reservation and must be cancelled via e-mail. Cancellations are not accepted via telephone. 48 hours’ notice is calculated using checkin time of 14:00, or 2PM.

 

If you must cancel a reservation please contact us via email.

Please include your name, reservation information, dates, and an pertinent information that you feel is necessary to include.

Any reservations not canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival (check-in time) will be charged. If you have a multiple day reservation, then you will not be charged for days further than 48 hours.

 

No-shows will be charged 100% of the first 48 hours. No-shows via Booking.com are charged in full at the time of reservation.

 

Booking.com Policy

All bookings made via Booking.com are charged 100% at the time of the reservation and this is a non-refundable charge. Thus, any cancellations made after reserving via Booking.com are not refundable.

 

Reservation change or adjustment Policy

Any guests seeking to change or alter the status of their reservation must do so with a 48 hours’ notice, or the Hostel’s cancellation policy will apply.

 

Missed Flights – Flight Delays and/or Cancellations Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate these unexpected travel issues. All reservations are subject to the same Cancellation and/or No-show policy regardless of external factors such as weather.
